At finlight, we provide clarity and transparency so you can make an informed decision before upgrading to a paid subscription.

Free Tier (Launchpad)

  • Every customer can test finlight through the free tier, which includes 5,000 monthly API requests.
  • The free tier provides access to the REST API so you can evaluate technical integration, data formats, and performance.
  • The dashboard, accessible in all tiers, discloses which sources include full-text content before any upgrade.

Paid Subscriptions

  • Upgrading to a paid tier unlocks higher usage quotas, full-text content access for supported sources, and additional delivery options (Webhooks and WebSockets).
  • Because all core technical evaluation can be completed in the free tier and content availability is fully disclosed in advance, all paid subscriptions and renewals are strictly non-refundable.
  • Subscriptions are billed at the start of each period and will remain active until the end of that period, even if cancelled early.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard to prevent future billing.
  • Access will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted if:

  • A payment was processed in error (duplicate charge), or
  • A statutory right to a refund applies under applicable law.
