This policy lists the cookies and similar browser storage used on finlight.me and in the dashboard at app.finlight.me, what they are for, and how you control them.

1. How We Use Cookies
We use two kinds of cookies and browser storage. Necessary ones make our sites work and are always active. Everything else (analytics, advertising, session recording and attribution) is used only if you accept in our cookie notice. If you decline or do not answer, none of it is loaded.
Necessary storage is based on Section 25(2) TDDDG. Everything else is based on your consent (Section 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
2. Your Choice
You can change your choice at any time under Cookie Settings: in the footer of finlight.me, and in the dashboard in the profile menu, the footer and on the sign-in page. If you withdraw your consent, the tools are stopped and their cookies are deleted. Declining does not restrict any feature.

These are set only after you accept. The Hotjar and Sentry entries apply to the dashboard only.

When you open the checkout or the billing portal, Stripe sets its own cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention. After you accept, Google may also set cookies on its own domains, such as doubleclick.net.
5. Who Receives the Data
With your consent, data collected through these cookies goes to Google Ireland Limited and, in the dashboard, to Hotjar Ltd. and Sentry. This can involve transfers to the United States. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
6. Browser Settings
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, signing in to the dashboard may no longer work.
